
Nature Explorers Club
Join our new monthly Nature Explorers Club- a hands-on art and science adventure in the garden for ages 5 and up! Explore nature through journaling, botany, and sketching in a fun, relaxed setting for kids, teens, and adults. Perfect for learners of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Each session includes:
• Guided nature journaling and sketching
• Time to explore and observe
• Prompts and demos from experienced instructors
Bring: Unlined journal or sketchbook, pencil, colored pencils, water bottle, and weather-appropriate clothing
Registration:
Please register for each event separately on the calendar page. We understand that schedules are tight and you may not be able to attend every month, and that’s okay!
With instructor Sandra Moreano
Sandra Moreano is a Garden Docent with a Master’s in Education from the University of Washington and over a decade of teaching experience. A skilled educator and passionate naturalist, Sandra merges her interests in art, ecology, and education to create engaging, age-inclusive learning experiences focused on the natural world.
